The journey to Velvet Root began the way many of the best ideas do: in my own home, in the in-between moments of motherhood.

Like many women, I was constantly searching for products that felt safe enough for my postpartum body, effective enough for my daily life, and rooted in nourishment, not just marketing.

As I navigated breastfeeding, hormonal shifts, and the sensitive skin that often comes with early motherhood, I realized how limited the deodorant options really were.

So many "natural" brands still relied on filler ingredients, irritants, or simply didn't deliver the results I needed, and none spoke to the deeper healing power of ingredients I believed in.

That's when I turned toward ancestral wisdom and adaptogens, and Velvet Root was born.
